NOTE: In order to be eligible to receive payments from sellers or be reimbursed on any items you sell on our site, you must be a active 501 c 3 organization of good standing for the last two (2) calendar years or donate the proceeds to another charity of good standing of your choice. If your organization has been in business less than 2 years we will consider your organization once you have contacted YCCIA. and after we have done the proper investigations. Additionally, you must fulfill all the necessary requirements and responsibilities as mandated by state and federal entities. To facilitate payment distribution for proceeds from sold items to your organization, we use the names derived from the IRS’s CSV files on their website. If your organization is not listed, you are required to provide the necessary information to satisfy Your Choice Charities (YCC).
Even if you are selling items as an individual or organization, you must still register as a seller. If you are solely here to register your non-profit, we encourage you to check our charities dropdown list first. If your organization is listed, please utilize this area to add or update any information that would aid in facilitating your requirements and expedite payments.
